Regulatory framework for IPTV and VOD services in South Africa

[29 June 2013] Ellipsis has prepared an advisory on the current regulatory position pertaining to the provision of IPTV and Video on Demand (VOD) services in South Africa, reflecting the latest position as set out in the Final Report in ICASA’s Review of the Broadcasting Regulatory Framework towards a Digitally Converged Environment (published on 25 June 2013).
