City of Joburg to introduce rights of way for electronic communications facilities bylaw
The City of Johannesburg plans to introduce a new bylaw to rationalise use of municipal resources and assets in the roll-out of electronic communications facilities and networks. It appears that a previous attempt to achieve this during 2008 has been quietly abandoned.
